Steps to Download your Voter ID Card:
- Visit the Voters Service Portal at voters.eci.gov.in.
- Navigate to Services and click on e-EPIC download.
- Sign up as a first-time user, providing your details and completing the captcha.
- Fill in your OTP, name, email, password, etc.
- Enter your 10-digit EPIC number from your Voter ID card.
- Log in with your mobile number, email, or EPIC no., and request OTP.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile to download your Voter ID.
Download via Voter Helpline Mobile Application:
Install the Voter Helpline App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Log in using your mobile number and password, and verify with OTP.
Navigate to “Personal Vault” and click the download button to get your e-EPIC card on your smartphone.

How to Apply for the Voter ID Card:
- Visit the Voter Services Portal at voters.eci.gov.in.
- Sign up and log in.
- Under the Form section, click on “Form 6.”
- Fill in your details, including name, permanent address, Aadhar card details, photograph, etc.
- Submit the application, and once verified, your Voter ID card will be issued.
