UPSC union public service commission is accepting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Indian Forest Service Examination 2024. Based on the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024 the lower age limit should be 21 years and the upper age limit should be 32 years as on 01-08-2024. The applicant must hold a degree in Bachelor degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology from a recognized University. The main examination will be held in Bhopal Chennai Delhi Dispur Guwahati Hyderabad Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Port Blair and Shimla. As indicated in the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024 there are 150 seats available for the stated position. The applicant must pay an application fee of Rs. 100 for Gen/OBC/EWS no fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates. Referring to the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, the candidate will be selected on the basis of Screening Test for the Indian Forest Service Main Examination 2024 through the Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2024. According to the notification of union public commission (UPSC) the age limit of a candidate must be between 21 to 32 years candidates below 21 or above 32 are not eligible.
Essential Qualification for UPSC vacancies 2024
As per the notification of UPSC the required qualification for the mentioned posts are A candidate must hold the Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised institute with atleast from one of these subjects Namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Forestry or in Engineering of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification.
Place of examination for UPSC Vacancies 2024
