JK Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification:
The candidates who hold the required educational qualification can apply for the recruitment once the application process begins. The minimum qualification that is required for the recruitment of JK Police Constable is matriculation (10th) pass upto any qualification under certain age limit criteria Previously, a total of 1350 vacancies had been released for the recruitment notification.
Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Physical Criteria:
The candidates will undergo 3 stages of the selection process – Physical Endurance Test, Physical Standards Test, and Written Examination. The JK Police have the physical criteria for constable recruitment, and they differ slightly between men and women. Details regarding the physical criteria is mentioned below.
Minimum Height:
- Men: 5 feet 6 inches (167.6 cm)
- Women: 5 feet 2 inches (157.5 cm)
Physical Endurance Test (PET):
Physical endurance test required are mentioned below.
- Men: 1600 meters run in 6 minutes 30 seconds, 20 push-ups
- Women: 1000 meters run in 6 minutes 30 seconds, shot put (4kg) throw at least 14.5 feet in three attempts.
JK Police Constable Salary Details:
Once the candidates clear all the stages of the selection process, they will be selected for the post and will also receive a salary package of INR 19,900/. INR 63,200/- + Grade Pay 1900/. This was according to the 7th pay commission.
