The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced its Class 10th and 12th Result on 13th May 2024. 22,81,225 students from 25,726 schools in 82 courses from 26 different countries, including India, registered for the class X 2024 examinations. Based on the courses these students presented and the estimated 1,48,27,963 answer booklets that were examined, 1700041 students from 18418 schools across 120 disciplines from 26 other countries and India were registered for class XII 2024 examinations. Based on the courses these students provided, about 1,10,50,266 answer booklets were reviewed.

Students who are dissatisfied with their grades now have the option to participate in the marks verification and reevaluation process, which starts on 20th May 2024 for class 10th and Class 12th the marks verification and reevaluation process, which starts on 17th May 2024.

The procedure of re-evaluation involves multiple steps, all of which can be completed online: photocopy requests, mark verification, and question re-evaluation. There is a fee for each level that varies based on the subject and can be anywhere from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000.
